Open Access and Copyright Policy

Artsürem Publishing is a fully open-access press. All monographs, edited volumes and book chapters it publishes can be read and downloaded free of charge from the day of publication.

Authors retain copyright. Unless otherwise stated on the book page, books published from 23 March 2026 onwards are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0). This licence allows the work to be copied, distributed and adapted in any medium or format for non-commercial purposes, provided that the original work is appropriately credited. Some earlier titles remain available under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0. For each book, the licence stated on the book page and in the front matter of the PDF is the licence that applies.

Authors may deposit the published PDF of their book in institutional repositories, academic networks or personal websites immediately after publication, without embargo.
